  First all, the service here is great.
  The food was so-so. We had:
  Cod Fish & Chips - i give it 3 stars
  Just A Burger - she gave it 5 stars
  Breakfast with sunny eggs, sausage and hashbrowns - he gave it a 4

  Unique and dated appearance gives this restaurant the dive feel and that of a diner stuck in the time period which it portrays. The food is pretty good and has been an iconic stop in Golden for many years. Have to be in the mood for style of food and atmosphere and may not appeal to everyone.

  I'm giving these guys five stars. I got a great breakfast and on top of that almost a month later I realized I had left a very expensive jacket there that was basically brand new​. I called them up thinking no way it will still be there. BUT it was!!!! And they were even kind enough to take time out of their busy day to take it down to the greyhound and send it to me!! This place is owned and run but good people.
